Collect the $10 per bowler entry fee no later than Friday, March 5, 2010. Make checks payable to the Affiliate Committee

Collect your CARHOF checks for a minimum of $50 (or $200 per team) by Friday March 5, 2010. Make all fundraising checks payable to CARHOF. Receipts will be provided at registration on March 12th.
